I am using asp.net core for hosting hangfire. However, when service restarts i would like to avoid dual enqueuing of jobs and reinitialization of storage options and queues. As of now , I am initializing storage and queueing jobs at service startup. Please suggest how I can avoid duplication at startup esp. for reassignment of Jobstorate.Current.
