Need Help....Suddenly Servers list count going 0 or missing some servers

  1. I am currently using 1.6.19 version and what I have noticed is that suddenly Servers list count going 0 or missing some servers. Servers list doesn’t come back untill I refresh IIS on the API servers.

  2. I am seeing lot of dead locks and time out preventing hangfire job creation.

  3. Also is there a documentation to explain the meaning / impact of the below configurations in the latest version
    CommandBatchMaxTimeout ,
    SlidingInvisibilityTimeout,
    QueuePollInterval ,
    UseRecommendedIsolationLevel ,
    DisableGlobalLocks
