Execute method daily after 24 hour Use HangFire with asp.net mvc

Hi

i want to execute my method daily at specific time so how can i’m doing this…and

so whats the method i’m using for call my method…like
Console.WriteLine(“Fire-and-forget!”);

****so whats the function for calling asp.net mvc controller and action……
