Copy Hangfire Pro from the private nuget repo to local private nuget repo

We recently acquired Hangfire Pro licences and the private nuget repo with credentials is giving us a little development discomfort since anyone who tries to build a solution containing this nuget must have the repo setup in VS. So my question is - can we legally make a mirror copy of the nuget in our private nuget repo (which everyone have setup) in order to avoid that? The repo is absolutely private and can’t be accessed outside our networks.

Yep, why not if you’d like, and the repo is private and used only within your company. I don’t want to produce any barriers for developers.
