Updated Firebird storage with MSMQ support

Hi,

I’ve updated the Firebird storage with MSMQ support and included a small nancyfx example. See: https://github.com/rsegerink/Hangfire.Firebird Also available on nuget as “Hangfire.Firebird”
and “Hangfire.Firebird.Msmq”.
