How can I terminate a background job on Windows?

I can’t stop the execution of a Job on Windows so I have to shut down the computer just to make it stop.
Is there an easier way? The Job has a CancellationToken parameter so I’m not sure why it is still running

What do you mean you can’t stop the execution?

The CancellationToken will fire if the server is shutting down.
