Firebird storage provider available

Hi,

the initial version of the Firebird storage provider is now available: https://github.com/rsegerink/Hangfire.Firebird
Based on the PostgreSQL provider, so thanks go to Frank Hommers. Not used in production at this moment, so use with care!
