# Stop sending heartbeat suddenly

One of my servers simply stop sending heartbeats which cause a little confusion to the operator who’s using the Dashboard.  
There’s no logging about any problem when it occurs.

Any idea?

Workaround: Restarting service (windows service) temporarily fixes the problem.

hello, the same thing happens to me. The server stops responding. Could you solve it?
